Online consultation to identify treatment goals and service suitability
Service Description
A consultation is a mandatory requirement for any treatment you are booking from the services menu. This will help to identify if the treatment you have booked is suitable for you, or whether an alternative service is recommended. A consultation helps to identify your treatment goals, whether that be your aims to address skin concerns or aims to work towards healthy, strong, well-manicured nails, so that the service is personalised accordingly. The consultation takes place one week before your treatment booking and will be carried out in three stages: - Online consultation form. - Online face to face consultation via video call. - Confirmation of treatment aims and suitability. Please note: with your consent, and as appropriate, I may ask for take photos of the treatment area to assess that aims of the treatment have been achieved, or to further assess suitability for the service. If it is identified that you are contraindicated for the service the consultation process will end at any stage deemed appropriate. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a treatment or consultation from the service menu, an appointment reschedule or full refund will be offered for any cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment start time, a charge of 50% of the entire booking will apply.
