Service Description
This is part of a four part package: - 1 online form (pre-consultation) - 1-1 video call to discuss information from the form and a proposed treatment plan (20-30 minutes) - Following this, a personlised treatment plan will be emailed to you, with recommendations for a daily routine and products to purchase. - Aftercare will be provided via video call, email, messaging or telephone call.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a treatment or consultation from the service menu, an appointment reschedule or full refund will be offered for any cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment start time, a charge of 50% of the entire booking will apply.
